Here we will soon develop an extensive guide to restaurants in Park City. Kelvin’s (one of the owners of powder transport) background in fine dining extends from his personal experiences cooking and eating in Chicago as well as working for a wholesale fish company whose customers included Grant Achatz and Charlie Trotter among many other world-renowned chefs and restaurants. Kristie’s (the other owner of powder transport) background includes working as a concierge at the Waldorf Park City. We have eaten extensively in Park City and beyond including the freshest sushi imaginable at a Tsukiji Fish Market bar to street food in Asia, Europe, and around Utah.
